In this webinar I will be studying how an Internet company overcame the lack of alignment and disorganization their marketing teams were suffering after taking over three companies last year. This lack of alignment was creating problems for the marketing department. They were unstructured and found it challenging to follow the company vision and marketing strategy as well as find an efficient and timely way of updating all of their assets with the new brand image and logo.
